BMP compliance for strata

Many WA strata schemes are required to keep a 10-year maintenance plan and a reserve fund to pay for it. The plan only works if the items on it get done, and done to a standard that lasts until the next cycle.

We take the building items off that list: walkway and stair coatings, concrete and spalling repairs, brickwork, lintels, handrails and waterproofing, scheduled around residents and reported back so the strata manager has a record for the plan. Doing the works on time keeps the scheme compliant and spreads the cost, instead of a large unplanned bill when something fails.
