Water ingress and waterproofing, from resin injection and negative membranes to full waterproofing systems.
Water finds the weak point: a failed membrane, an unsealed penetration, a cracked slab or a joint that has opened up with movement. Once inside, it tracks along the structure and shows up as damp, staining or leaks well away from where it got in, corroding steel and breaking down finishes as it goes.
Stopping it at the source is the repair. Depending on the building and the access, that means resin injection into cracks and joints, a negative-side membrane where the outside cannot be reached, or a full waterproofing system to roofs, balconies, planters and below-ground walls. Left alone, the damage spreads to the structure and the units below, and the repair gets bigger.
